We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounts Executive / Accountant to handle the entire spectrum of accounting and financial functions of our organization. As an MSME, we require someone who can work independently, manage all accounting activities, and ensure statutory compliance. This is a hands-on role suitable for candidates who are self-driven and capable of managing the full scope of accounts with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Book keeping: Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally Record and reconcile all journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closures. 2. Banking & Treasury: Handle all bank-related transactions including payments, deposits, bank reconciliation, etc. Monitor cash flows and prepare cash/bank position statements. Coordinate with banks for loans, facilities, and documentation. 3. Invoicing & Receivables: Generate sales invoices and ensure timely dispatch to clients. Track accounts receivable and follow up for timely collections. Maintain customer ledgers and ageing reports. 4. Vendor Payments & Payables:" Process purchase bills and vendor payments. Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile periodically. Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements. 5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). Manage TDS deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns. Handle PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable compliances. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments as required. 6. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing and maintain salary records. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory deductions. 7. Reporting & MIS: Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Provide regular reports to management on key financial metrics. Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
