🏢 Real Estate Executive — Job Description Overview The Real Estate Executive is a pivotal role responsible for managing real estate transactions, building client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives across sales, leasing, and portfolio optimization. This role combines business development, market analysis, and operational oversight to enhance property performance and align with organizational objectives Key Responsibilities Sales & Transaction Management Handle property sales, leasing, acquisitions, and disposals from start to finish Conduct viewings, showings, negotiations, and closing deals effectively Market Research & Analytics Analyze local and regional market trends to develop pricing and investment strategies Prepare sales/market reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders Client & Stakeholder Relationships Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, tenants, and service providers Serve as a point of contact for property buyers, sellers, investors, or tenants Cross-Functional Coordination Work with finance, legal, marketing, operations, and development teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and project execution Strategic Portfolio & Operational Oversight (for senior positions)Oversee property or corporate portfolios including acquisitions, leasing, asset performance, and strategic growth Manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and optimize return on investment Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including RERA (in India), zoning laws, and lease agreements Leadership & Process Improvement Mentor or lead junior team members and oversee sales or property management staff Implement process improvements, adopt PropTech tools, and drive CRM or network expansion strategies
