We are a sustainable eco-luxe resort located in the serene Western Ghats, Mudigere (Chikmagaluru). We are looking for a Resort Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. Role & Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day resort operations (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Guest Services) Train, guide, and monitor staff to maintain high service standards Coordinate guest check-in/check-out and handle queries efficiently Manage inventory, supplies, and ensure property upkeep Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain guest satisfaction Ensure eco-friendly practices and resort policies are followed Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality/resort/hotel operations (supervisory level preferred) Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills Ability to manage a team and deliver excellent guest service Language: English & Kannada required (Hindi/Tulu added advantage) Passion for hospitality and willingness to work in a nature-driven environment Compensation & Perks: Competitive salary (based on experience) Food & accommodation provided at the resort Peaceful work environment amidst nature Career growth in sustainable hospitality
