Key Responsibilities: Perform HVAC load calculations using tools like HAP / Trace 700 / Carrier E20. Design and develop HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and equipment selection. Create and modify AutoCAD / Revit MEP drawings for HVAC layouts. Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment schedules. Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and plumbing teams for integrated design. Ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, NBC, ISHRAE, and other local/international codes. Support project execution teams with design clarifications, RFIs, and site coordination. Participate in value engineering and energy-efficient design discussions. ✅ Preferred Qualifications: Experience in commercial, residential, hotel, hospital or industrial HVAC design. Exposure to green building concepts (LEED, GRIHA) is an advantage. Knowledge of Firefighting / Plumbing will be a plus (for MEP multi-role positions).
