Job Title: Sales & Purchase Officer – Textile Engineering Spares Location: C.G. Road, Ahmedabad Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Sunday Holiday) Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Purchase Officer to manage client communication, sales coordination, and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, prepare quotations and offers, and maintain regular follow-ups for order closures. The role includes sourcing quality spares and components—both from the regular range and for tailor-made requirements—ensuring timely fulfillment of all client needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day sales and purchase operations. Handle client inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups. Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors and suppliers. Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance for all client requirements. Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, and inventory updates. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or purchase (preferably in textile or engineering spares). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic documentation. Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month Benefits: Annual bonus, regular increments, and other company benefits.
