Identify and approach potential customers for solar panel installations and related services Explain the benefits of solar energy systems and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and ROI calculations Conduct site assessments with technical teams to understand installation feasibility Follow up with leads, close deals, and ensure end-to-end sales coordination Maintain strong after-sales relationships and gather customer feedback Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, customer meetings, and product demonstrations. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals. Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (electronics & appliances preferred).
