Job Title: Branch Manager Business Loans Location: Rohtak (Haryana) Experience: 3 to 6 Years Industry: NBFC Employment Type: Full-time Note : Only Male candidates can apply Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Drive sales and business loans. Identify and acquire new customers through direct channels, referrals, and market intelligence. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales. Monitor team performance and provide training/coaching as needed. Branch Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations of the branch including documentation, credit appraisal coordination, and customer service. Monitor collections, and overall branch performance. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations as per RBI guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory). 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Loans. Proven track record in achieving branch profitability.
