Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil/Electrical Engineer or Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems for borewell projects in agricultural areas. The person will be responsible for wiring, motor fitting, control panel setup, and ensuring safe and smooth power connections for irrigation pumps. Duties: Install and connect submersible pumps, starters, and control panels. Check and manage power supply, earthing, and wiring connections. Conduct load testing and ensure proper voltage for smooth motor operation. Find and fix electrical faults in borewell systems. Maintain basic records of installation and maintenance work. Work with farmers and local teams to ensure the correct operation of equipment. Follow all electrical safety rules and precautions at the site. Qualification & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical installation or borewell-related work. Good knowledge of single-phase and three-phase connections. Should know how to handle wiring, control panels, and submersible motors. Skills Needed: Practical field knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in village or farm environments. Basic communication and coordination with workers/farmers. Must be honest, reliable, and safety-conscious. Salary: Rs15, 000 – Rs40,000 a month
