Role Description This is a full-time role for a Tele-Caller, located on-site in Bhavnagar. The Tele-Caller will be responsible for making and receiving telephone calls, providing information to customers and clients, handling inquiries, and managing follow-ups. Also collect the information by the site visiting. Additionally, the Tele-Caller will maintain call logs and records, update databases, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Proficient in managing telephone calls and customer inquiries Basic computer skills and familiarity with database management Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain call logs Strong organizational and time management skills Customer service orientation and ability to remain professional and courteous Experience in a similar role is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
