Install and maintain solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot issues in inverters, LT/HT panels, VCBs, transformers, and meters. Monitor system performance and resolve tripping or power supply issues. Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance of plant equipment. Maintain service logs and coordinate with senior technicians or engineers. Follow safety protocols and ensure smooth operation of the plant. Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field (preferred). Basic understanding of electrical circuits and solar power systems. Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions. Good communication skills and a strong work ethic. Ability to travel to project sites when required.
