ABDULLAH TARIQ Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and manage client billing based on project progress, consumption data, and approved BOQs. Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot SCADA systems to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operation of utility and infrastructure services. Support the implementation of new SCADA features, PLCs, RTUs, and HMIs in coordination with technical teams Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree And Diploma in Computer Science, Instrumentation. Strong knowledge of utility billing processes and tools (Excel automation, ERP billing modules, etc.) Excellent skills in MS Excel, BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing documentation.
