This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to effectively place our products in the market, drive sales growth, and build strong brand presence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of leading a team and fostering key relationships with distributors and customers. Key Responsibilities: Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Lucknow market to achieve and exceed sales targets. Product Placement & Distribution: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to place products in key retail outlets, distribution channels, and other relevant locations throughout Lucknow. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and other partners. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify consumer needs, monitor competitor activities, and analyse sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions. Marketing & Promotion: Plan, develop, and execute marketing and promotional activities, including in-store promotions, local advertising, and events, to increase brand visibility and drive sales. Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the sales and marketing budget for the Lucknow region. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team progress to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Experience in the Lucknow market is highly desirable. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies. Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Communication, Data Analysis, Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
