Creating and executing a Brand Strategy - Brand Awareness among BAMS Doctors. Creating Marketing communication (Brochures, Visual Aids, Pamphlets, etc.) for the Product assigned. Participating in the Training of the Sales Team for Marketing communication of the Brand. Monitoring and analysing the Sales data MOM and YOY, and modifying the Brand communication. Providing feedback to the development team regarding the new product requirement in the market. Participating in company promotional events, like seminars, conferences, etc. Planning and Conducting Medical conferences (CMEs) for Vaidya. Ensuring marketing expenses do not exceed the budget. Preferred candidate profile : BAMS Graduate or MD (Ayu) is a must. MD Freshers will be preferred. Incumbent must reside in Mumbai or be ready to relocate to Mumbai immediately on the offer of a job. Flair for interacting with people, traveling, and training. Excellent knowledge of principles of Ayurved - Dravyaguna and Rasa Shastra. Excellent communication skills - verbal as well as written.
