Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Industry: Shree Balaji Tiles Studio Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Location: Opposite Nankana Sahib Public School, Malerkotla Road near GNE college About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, brand visibility, and business growth for our tiles showroom. The ideal candidate is energetic, well-presented, and confident in dealing with architects, interior designers, contractors, and premium clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to increase showroom sales and brand presence. Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales. Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure smooth client handling and project execution. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and architectural requirements. Maintain client database and submit weekly reports on leads, visits, and sales activities. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales (tiles/surfaces/building materials preferred). Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and project cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred). Must be proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable reaching out to new clients. Confident personality with the ability to conduct meetings and presentations effectively. Preferred Qualities Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability. High level of professionalism and goal-driven mindset. Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership.
