The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate electrical drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings as per project requirements and MEP standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare electrical drawings such as lighting layouts, power layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), earthing, fire alarm, ELV systems, etc. Coordinate with electrical engineers and other MEP disciplines for layout and design finalization. Prepare load schedules and DB schedules based on design inputs. Maintain drawing standards, layers, and symbols as per company protocols. Ensure timely submission of drawings for design reviews and site execution. Revise and update drawings as per site markups and engineer feedback. Assist in preparing as-built drawings. Work with AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software. Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Revit MEP will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed plumbing layout drawings, drainage layouts, water supply systems, rainwater harvesting, and external utility networks. Develop shop drawings and coordinated drawings with other services like electrical and HVAC. Create schematic diagrams and water supply/soil-waste stack riser diagrams.
