Role Summary: We are seeking a detail oriented and dependable Senior Computer Operator with hands on experience in SAP and inventory management to manage backend operations, reporting, and communication for our pharma C&F unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth digital handling of all stock, billing, and dispatch activities, with a sharp eye for accuracy and strong communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage SAP MM/SD modules for GRN, billing, dispatch, stock reconciliation, and returns Draft and respond to professional business emails related to stock, logistics, and compliance Maintain and report inventory status , expiry, cold chain entries, and documentation control Coordinate with store, audit, and dispatch teams for real-time operational flow Handle Excel-based MIS reporting , reconciliations, and vendor documentation Ensure document readiness for audits and regulatory inspections Key Skills Required: SAP proficiency (mandatory) especially MM/SD modules Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experience in pharma logistics / C&F backend operations preferred Familiarity with cold chain, e-way bills, and stock destruction entries a plus Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and accountability Qualifications: Any Graduate SAP training certification (preferred, not mandatory) Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Exposure to a well-established pharma logistics environment Opportunity to work directly under senior leadership Long term career growth with structured responsibilities
