Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our two-wheeler showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting two-wheeler products, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve showroom sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.Explain product features, specifications, financing options, and warranty details.Conduct test rides and product demonstrations.Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up system.Achieve individual and team sales targets.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, schemes, and product updates.Ensure all documentation related to sales, finance, and registration is complete.Coordinate with the service department for timely vehicle delivery.Maintain a clean and well-presented display of vehicles and promotional materials.Collect and address customer feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
