Showroom Sales Executive – Tiles & Marble

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of design, product presentation, and strong communication skills to assist clients in selecting the right tiles, marbles, and other interior materials for their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tile and marble options.
• Explain product features, quality, and pricing details.
• Coordinate with the design and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain showroom display and ensure products are presented attractively.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
• Proven experience in retail or showroom sales (preferably in tiles, marbles, or interiors).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good product presentation and convincing ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email communication).
