Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and sales-driven Customer Service Executive – Membership Sales to handle customer queries, assist with membership sales, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, membership sales, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide timely and effective solutions.
Explain membership plans, benefits, pricing, and services to customers.
Generate membership sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into memberships.
Assist existing members with their concerns, requests, and feedback.
Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the CRM.
Build positive customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in membership sales, customer service, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple customer queries.

Work Details:

Experience: Minimum 1 year
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Rotational
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
