Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and customer relationship management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for setting sales goals, analyzing performance metrics, developing sales plans, and mentoring your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
