Role Description This is a full-time on-site Video Editor role based in Pune. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling video content for Shorts Break, ensuring high-quality production standards. The role involves managing video post-production workflows, incorporating visual effects, and aligning content with the channel's creative vision and brand. The candidate will also collaborate with the creative team and ensure timely content delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects Strong knowledge of visual effects, color grading, and sound editing Ability to create engaging and creative short-form video content Skills in storytelling, visual composition, and narrative editing Experience with managing deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends in digital content A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video editing work Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Media Production, or a related field is preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Prior experience in short-form content creation is a plus
