As a Visual Content UI/UX, Graphic Designing Expert at Shop QSE, you will play a pivotal role in breathing life into our brand through captivating graphics and video content. Your blend of technical proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and other design software, coupled with your understanding of visual design principles, will be instrumental in amplifying our marketing endeavors and captivating our target audience. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing compelling graphics, animations, and videos for various marketing platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements. Ensuring visual consistency across all channels, adhering to brand guidelines, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to devise creative concepts and visual strategies for marketing campaigns will be crucial aspects of your role. Crafting engaging motion graphics and animations, editing and refining video footage, and curating a library of visual assets for easy accessibility by the marketing team are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct quality control checks to maintain the highest standards and align visual materials with the brand's vision. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging tools in graphic design and video production will be essential to continually enhance our creative output. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field, with at least 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video motion creation, preferably in eCommerce or retail. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and others is required. Strong attention to detail, a flair for aesthetics and visual storytelling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines are essential qualities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also necessary for this role.
