Key Responsibilities Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Reddit, Quora, and Facebook . Manage full ad funnel from audience targeting to conversion tracking . Conduct A/B tests for creative, placements, and copy to improve CTR and ROAS. Monitor analytics and performance data, reporting regularly on CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS . Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives. Stay up to date with platform changes and test new ad formats or targeting options. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign strategy across platforms. Requirements 2–5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on at least two of the following platforms: Reddit, Quora, and Facebook. Strong understanding of audience segmentation , pixel tracking , campaign structure , and retargeting . Proven ability to manage budgets of $1,000+ per month per channel with measurable results. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics , Facebook Ads Manager , and Reddit/Quora native dashboards. Exceptional written English, especially for crafting compelling ad copy. Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first, async-friendly environment. Bonus Points Experience in SaaS, affiliate marketing, or browser extensions . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys contributing to communities, spotting organic opportunities for engagement, and can represent our brand without sounding like a salesperson. You’ll help us earn trust, upvotes, and conversions - one comment at a time. Responsibilities Actively engage in relevant subreddits (e.g., r/Deals, r/Frugal, r/Coupons, r/BuyItForLife, r/Beermoney, r/AffiliateMarketing, and more). Create and schedule high-quality Reddit posts that align with what those communities care about. Identify meaningful ways to contribute to discussions, offer value, and introduce Shopper.com when appropriate. Build relationships with subreddit moderators where feasible and stay updated on community guidelines to avoid bans or removals. Organize occasional AMAs, giveaways, and community questions to spark engagement. Track key Reddit metrics (karma, post engagement, site traffic from Reddit, conversions) and refine approach accordingly. Monitor relevant keywords and conversations to participate in organically. Flag user feedback, community insights, and trends that can help shape Shopper.com's product or content strategy. Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on Reddit experience, either managing a brand account or actively participating in niche communities. Deep understanding of Reddit culture and community dynamics, particularly in savings, eCommerce, and affiliate spaces. Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone to match each subreddit. Self-starter with strong judgment on when to engage, when to observe, and when to back off. Comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight.
