This role is 100% commission-based, offering high incentives on every successful conversion. Responsibilities:Identify potential clients in target industries.Conduct research to find key decision-makers and their contact details.Draft and send personalized cold emails.Follow up with leads persistently and professionally.Convert leads into scheduled meetings or direct clients.Maintain an organized CRM/database of outreach activities. Requirements:Strong communication and persuasion skills.Good written English for professional email drafting.Highly motivated to work on performance-based incentives.Basic knowledge of IT services, websites, e-commerce, and digital marketing is a plus (training will be provided).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
