Key Responsibilities Competitor & Market Research Research social media trends, competitor strategies, and new content formats. Share insights to improve Kapaas’s online presence and engagement. Content Creation & Editing Ideate, script, and edit short-form videos & reels aligned with brand guidelines. Manage and execute in-house content shoots (behind-the-scenes, office life, founder-led content). Support larger brand campaign shoots with pre- and post-production tasks. Social Media Management Draft, schedule, and post content across social channels. Ensure captions, hashtags, and tone are on-brand. Engage with the online community when required. Founder-Led Content Assist in creating authentic, founder-backed posts and reels. Research formats and storytelling styles to highlight Kapaas’s brand story. Content Documentation & Organization Manage content trackers, shoot plans, and creative calendars. Organize and store all content (photos, videos, reels) systematically for team access. Cross-Team Coordination Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to align content with campaigns and launches. Collaborate with freelancers, agencies, or photographers when needed.
