Shopify QA

Role Overview: You will be working as a QA Engineer (Shopify) at JOOLA to ensure the quality and functionality of Shopify expansion stores. Your main responsibility will involve testing new features, identifying bugs, and maintaining a seamless shopping experience across various countries, devices, and browsers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans for updates on Shopify stores, region-specific features, and integrations. - Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on Shopify themes and apps across multiple expansion stores. - Perform cross-browser and mobile responsiveness testing to guarantee a consistent user experience. - Execute load and performance testing to assess site stability under high traffic conditions. - Conduct security testing to detect vulnerabilities and ensure data protection. - Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve store-specific issues. - Ensure the accuracy of data in product listings, localized pricing, and region-specific promotions. - Automate testing processes where possible, including UI automation and API testing. - Validate A/B test implementations and analyze results to enhance the user experience. - Provide quality assurance sign-off before production releases for each expansion store. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in using testing tools like Jira, TestRail, Selenium, and Postman. - Familiarity with cross-browser testing tools such as Chrome DevTools and BrowserStack. - Knowledge of API testing, including REST and GraphQL API validation. - Experience in automation frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, and preferably Playwright. - Ability to conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Lighthouse. - Understanding of security testing tools like OWASP ZAP and Burp Suite. - Experience with version control systems like GitHub/GitLab for tracking changes. - Basic Shopify Liquid Knowledge for debugging template issues. - Understanding of NetSuite & Celigo Integration is helpful for troubleshooting. - Proficiency in Agile Testing Frameworks. - Knowledge of SQL and database validation for backend testing.,
