Shopify Commerce (Developer & Lead)

Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Shopify Commerce Developer & Lead with 3+ years of relevant experience for a full-time position to join our Technology team based out of Gurgaon or Bangalore.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of headless commerce solutions using Shopify Plus.
• Define technical architecture and best practices with Senior Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and maintainability while balancing business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide development.
• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to design and estimate enterprise-level e-commerce solutions.
• Support business development with technical proposals and project planning.
• Foster continuous improvement and promote Agile/Kanban methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 - 12 years of experience in e-commerce development, specializing in Shopify/ Shopify Plus.
• Have experience in end-to-end solution in Shopify Plus Headless
• Done Integrations with 3rd party like ERP -for Catalog, Inventory, Price, CRM, Logistics, Social Commerce
• Understanding and experience of the ecommerce solutions for catalogs, order, inventory and price.
• Customizations in checkout flow
• Good debugging and development skills in React / JS / CSS / Graphql
• Done catalog dataload in Shopify from ERP
