Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Karur. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Apparel Merchandiser to support the merchandising team in day-to-day operations, from sample development to order follow-up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in garment merchandising with hands-on learning across product development and production coordination. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior merchandisers in handling buyer communications and internal coordination. Follow up on sample development: Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP, and Gold Seal samples. Prepare and maintain sample trackers, costing sheets, and order status reports. Coordinate with fabric and trim suppliers to ensure timely in-house of materials. Collect lab dips, strike-offs, print/embroidery samples for approval and submission. Attend internal PP meetings and take minutes/action points for execution. Support in preparing production files, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and trim cards. Inspect outgoing samples to ensure they meet buyer requirements before dispatch. Follow up with production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth order execution. Maintain proper documentation and filing for all merchandising activities.
