Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welder at Shobha Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in Hosur. The primary responsibilities include performing various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to fabricate, repair, and assemble industrial equipment and components. The Welder will handle a variety of materials and ensure all work aligns with technical specifications and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves interpreting blueprints, maintaining welding equipment, and ensuring workplace safety practices are followed. Qualifications Proficiency in welding techniques such as Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding Experience in welding and handling various materials with attention to detail Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus Relevant certification in welding or metalwork is preferred
