We have a urgent opening for the position of Accounts Executive details is as follows: Job Location: Mazgaon, Mumbai. Exp: 3 +years in proper Accounts Payable Roles & Responsibilities of Executive - Accounts Payable: Timely processing of reconciliation of accounts data. Maintain Daily accounting reports. Preparation of Daily Cash Flow statement. Scrutinizing vouchers for releasing payments. Any other work assigned by the management as and when required. Main tasks and objectives of the job: 1. Act as the first contact person for the sales managers and the supply chain coordinators in the company. 2. Support in their sales by evaluating outstanding structures of blocked customers and requesting credit limits from our Sister concern & Group companies. 3. Perform account reconciliations for customers in a timely and accurate manner and understand the outstanding structure and reasons for delayed payment from companies 4. Collection of payables: Deal with outgoing payment clearance plus Maintenance of overdue accounts. 5. Provide dunning letters to and manage dunning blocks for customers. Ensure transparency for overdue outstandings to the Business responsible and support in finding solutions 6. Initiate master data improvements of Business Partners to ensure smooth operations for AP 7. Support Finance Managers in to achieve managerial payment targets.
