Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 23 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in real estate sector Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus). Familiarity with Mumbai/Navi Mumbai real estate landscape. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and online real estate portals. Preferred Attributes Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with an organized, target-driven approach. Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, etc.). Team player with a customer-first attitude.
