Mr Shiva Kumar promptly answered the call and was at home in no time to install the ups , has a very good knowledge of the ups , very polite, very humble and helpful. provided luminous ups with a good rate. Will suggest anyone who needs a ups

l have been using this since last two month and its really good product.you won't even realize when power failure happened and when its back.We are happy with this product.The product overall looks pretty good.Initial installation team service was also very good .Price also very reasonable .overall it's an amazing product
