Role & responsibilities:- - Project Management: Oversee and manage solar EPC projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. - Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement specialists, and construction teams. - Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards. - Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies. Preferred Candidate having- - Project Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor rooftop solar projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. - Site Assessment: Conduct site assessments to determine feasibility of rooftop solar installations. - Design and Engineering: Oversee design and engineering of rooftop solar systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. - Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients for rooftop solar projects. - Operations and Maintenance: Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of rooftop solar systems. Essential Skills and Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy). - Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of experience in solar EPC or related field. - Technical Skills: Strong understanding of solar panel technology, inverters, and balance of systems. - Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion. - Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
