Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Masters in Pharmaceutics with sound technical knowledge. Being a registered Indian patent agent is preferred, though not mandatory. Work Location: Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) - Onsite Job Responsibilities: • Utilize strong knowledge of Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, chemical reagents, and Pharmaceutics to support product development and intellectual property (IP) activities. • Conduct comprehensive patent and literature searches using various free and paid patent platforms. • Identify and evaluate opportunities for patent filings relating to NCEs, formulations, polymorphs, salts, and methods of use patents. • Perform literature and patent database reviews to prepare detailed Patent Landscape Reports. • Interpret and apply patent laws across India, the USA, Europe, and semi-regulated markets to support IP strategy. • Prepare patent clearance/FTO reports at multiple stages of product development. • Carry out prior art, patentability/novelty, invalidation, and infringement analyses, providing actionable recommendations. • Draft patent applications and office Action responses; assist with patent prosecution across jurisdictions. • Provide end-to-end IP support by identifying, analysing, and interpreting relevant prior art(s). • Monitor competitor and generic companies patent filings to assess risks, challenges, and opportunities. • Collaborate with cross functional teams (CFT) on patent invalidation and litigation.
