Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Ballia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring the timely delivery of products, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role includes negotiating contracts, identifying new business opportunities, and resolving client issues. The Account Manager will also prepare regular reports and present them to senior management. Qualifications Proven experience in account management and client relationship management Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in Microsoft office Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
