Key Responsibilities Account Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients; serve as the single point of contact for all operational, strategic, and product-related conversations. Client Strategy & Growth: Drive revenue expansion through proactive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning Shiprocket’s offerings. Product Co-Development: Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Ops teams to contribute to new feature development, solution design, and client-specific customizations. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use Excel/Google Sheets and internal dashboards to analyze shipping performance, identify improvement areas, and generate actionable insights. Performance Monitoring: Track key account metrics including delivery performance, RTO rates, NDR resolutions, and SLA adherence. Issue Resolution: Ensure quick, coordinated resolution of issues by working cross-functionally with internal teams. Client Success: Own client onboarding, training, and long-term success journey to ensure high retention and satisfaction. Key Requirements Experience: 3–6 years in Key Account Management, preferably in logistics, eCommerce, SaaS, or supply chain technology.
