The role involves identifying potential customers, building relationships, and promoting the company's financial consultancy services. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, generating leads, and closing sales. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of client interactions and meeting sales targets set by the company. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively Proficiency in telecalling and customer relationship management Ability to understand financial consultancy services and explain them to customers Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the financial sector is advantageous Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being a part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is a plus Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred
