Ship Hull UTM Engineer

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Ship Hull UTM Engineer at ETMarine Engineering & Services Co. Limited. The Ship Hull UTM Engineer will be responsible for conducting ultrasonic thickness measurements (UTM) on ship hulls, analyzing data, and reporting findings. They will also collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the structural integrity and compliance of the ship hulls.

Qualifications

• Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (UTM) skills
• Structural analysis and data interpretation skills
• Experience in conducting inspections and generating reports
• Knowledge of shipbuilding standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field
