Drive integration planning and execution, monitoring progress to ensure smooth assimilation of acquired businesses. Oversee project financials including budget allocation, cost tracking, and reporting, ensuring projects remain within approved spend limits. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, dashboards, and documentation, enabling transparency, compliance, and smooth handovers. Anticipate and resolve integration challenges by identifying risks, building mitigation strategies, and driving resolution under tight deadlines. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate project status updates clearly and regularly. Requirements 10+ years of proven experience in project management, with at least 3 years in M&A initiatives. 5+ years of experience leading integration planning and execution. 7+ years of hands-on budget/resource management and financial reporting. Strong track record in stakeholder management, leadership, and risk mitigation. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
