The trainer will be responsible for delivering in-depth training on advanced SQL Server topics, focusing on enterprise performance, availability, and scalability. Training Modules to Cover: High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) SQL Performance Tuning & Optimization Database Security & Compliance Backup and Recovery Strategies Replication & Distributed Database Systems SQL Server in Cloud & Hybrid Environments Database Storage & Scaling Techniques Monitoring, Observability & AI-Assisted DBA Tools Advanced I/O, Storage & Hardware Optimization Candidate Requirements: Hands-on experience with SQL Server infrastructure and architecture Solid understanding of database performance, monitoring, and replication Prior experience in delivering classroom or online technical training Comfortable with weekend-only sessions Excellent presentation and communication skills Training Format: Mode: Classroom (Laxmi Nagar, Delhi) or Online Schedule: Part-Time Weekends Only Preferred Educational Background: UG: B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization Preferred Skills & Technologies: SQL Server (Core & Advanced Modules) Database Administration & Optimization Monitoring Tools / Observability Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure optional) Hybrid Database Solutions AI-Powered DBA Tools Location: Laxmi Nagar (for in-person sessions) or Remote (for online training)
