Were expanding our team of language educators to support more students in their journey to study abroad. As a PTE & IELTS Trainer, you'll play a vital role in coaching candidates, providing demo sessions, and guiding them through the enrollment process while also contributing to customer engagement and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Conduct 4-hour online demo sessions, 6 days a week (timings: 5:00 PM 10:00 PM or 6:00 PM 11:00 PM) Interact with potential students, understand their learning goals, and guide them through the onboarding process Deliver engaging training sessions for IELTS and PTE preparation Address student queries regarding the programs and exam strategies Promote products and services through consultative sales approaches Drive enrollments by ensuring high-quality customer interaction and follow-up Maintain awareness of educational offerings and upgrades Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless learning experience Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 months of experience in teaching PTE or IELTS (freshers with prior exam experience may also apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of customer service and basic sales principles Friendly, energetic, and student-focused approach Prior experience in meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets Experience with POS systems is a plus Educational Qualifications: Undergraduate: Any graduate (BA preferred) Postgraduate: MA in English, Journalism, or related fields preferred Preferred Skills: IELTS / PTE / TOEFL Coaching English Language Training Soft Skills & Personality Development Customer Service & Sales Corporate or Educational Training Online Demo & Student Interaction Exam Preparation (GRE, GMAT) If you're passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their international education goals, we'd love to hear from you!
