The ideal candidate will follow a structured beat plan, report to zonal or cluster heads, and actively contribute to expanding the customer base. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily field visits, targeting approximately 35 customer interactions per day Deliver in-person product presentations to prospects and existing clients Generate sales leads and gather inquiries for business development Execute BEAT plans effectively and document all outreach activities Identify and engage with new potential customers in assigned areas Provide regular updates and reports to the Zonal Manager (ZM) or Cluster Head (CH) Eligibility Criteria Education Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering OR B.Sc. in Science or Electronics Graduation Year: 2022, 2023, or 2024 Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks required Preferred Skills Field Sales Execution Lead Generation Customer Interaction Product Demonstration Sales Reporting Communication Skills Time Management Basic Technical Understanding of Electronics/Electrical Products
