Key Responsibilities Plan and design infrastructure projects, including highways, drainage systems, and buildings.​ Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and analyze survey data.​ Prepare engineering reports, project specifications, and construction documentation.​ Ensure projects comply with environmental, safety, and legal regulations.​ Assess potential risks, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.​ Use CAD software and modeling tools for drafting plans and creating blueprints.​ Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.​ Coordinate with architects, contractors, stakeholders, and government agencies.​ Provide technical guidance, problem-solving, and on-site supervision during project execution.​ Core Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required).​ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.​ In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal standards.​ Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.​ Good communication and coordination abilities for teamwork and stakeholder engagement.​ Professional Engineer (PE) license is often preferred or required.​ Typical experience required: 1–3+ years in civil engineering or related infrastructure projects.
