Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Staff member based in Indore, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The role involves day-to-day responsibilities such as conducting market research, creating and executing marketing strategies, engaging in customer service, contributing to sales efforts, and supporting business growth. The individual will represent the company’s services, identify market opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Proficient in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and craft impactful campaigns. Ability to contribute to Sales processes and achieve business development targets. Relevant academic background; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Proactive, organized, and able to work in a hybrid work model (onsite in Indore and remotely). Prior experience in the architecture or design industry will be an advantage.
