Should be an experienced secondary school teacher (school teaching experience preferred) Must be available for 2 hours daily, Monday to Saturday (Sunday holiday). Should guide the child on how to do self-study independently. Must focus on building strong conceptual foundation, especially in core subjects. Should have excellent fluency in English – spoken and written. Must be strict, disciplined, and consistent with study plans. Should be strong in Mathematics problem-solving and reasoning. Must explain concepts patiently with clarity and step-by-step methods. Should track learning progress and create simple progress reports weekly. Must also teach and guide basic communication and social skills. Should be comfortable counselling a child on emotional or social issues. Experience or understanding in child psychology is highly preferred. Should act as a positive role model and motivator. Should create a stress-free and friendly learning environment. Plan and conduct age-appropriate LEGO-based activities that support early learning goals. Integrate STEAM concepts (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) using LEGO models and builds. Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and experimentation. Guide children through structured LEGO challenges and free-play sessions. Collaborate with other educators to link LEGO activities with classroom themes and topics. Observe and document children’s progress and development during LEGO sessions. Foster teamwork and communication skills among students through group building tasks. Manage and maintain LEGO materials, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organization. Participate in school events (e.g., LEGO Day, exhibitions, carnival setups) showcasing children’s LEGO work. Provide regular updates to parents (if required) on the child's development through LEGO .
