Job Description: As a Weaving Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the weaving factory. Your role will involve supervising the production process, managing the factory staff, and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the weaving process and ensure timely production - Manage and lead the factory staff to meet production targets - Maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality output - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement department - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a similar role within a weaving factory - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of weaving processes and equipment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required Please note that this job is full-time and requires you to work in person at the weaving factory location.
