It will be essential for you to follow SOPs, safety standards, and maintenance protocols during operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in a textile-dyeing unit, along with a Diploma or B.Tech in Textile Chemistry. You should possess a strong technical knowledge of exhaust dyeing processes, proficiency in operating dyeing machines, a good understanding of color chemistry, dyes & chemicals, and textile substrates, and skills in shade matching, spectrophotometer handling, and Delta E evaluation. Additionally, computer proficiency, including MS Office and dyeing/production software, as well as hands-on experience with SAP for production entry and reporting, are required. Moreover, you should have excellent time management, leadership, and team coordination skills, strong troubleshooting and process optimization capabilities, and the ability to work independently under pressure in shift operations. Prior experience in an SAP-enabled production environment and flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to production demands will be advantageous for this role.,
