Third-Party Vendor Coordination Lead
Looking for a Third-Party Vendor Coordination Lead to manage coordination between external vendors and internal project teams. The role will track vendor deliverables, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations while ensuring effective communication and timely completion of project activities. Strong vendor management, stakeholder communication, governance, and project coordination skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordination point between the project team and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, deliverables, dependencies, schedules, and project activities.
• Track vendor commitments, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Facilitate communication between vendors, technical teams, project management, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor access, environment readiness, documentation, testing, and deployment dependencies.
• Monitor contractual/SLA-related deliverables and escalate delays or blockers.
• Conduct regular vendor status reviews and maintain governance/status reporting.
• Support multiple vendors during modernization, migration, remediation, and implementation activities.
