Shift Incharge (Nursing)

• Leadership and Team Management: A nursing supervisor guides a team of nurses. They assign duties, monitor staff performance, and ensure smooth collaboration within the team. The supervisor also acts as a mentor and provides support and guidance to less experienced nurses, ensuring they can provide the best patient care.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Beyond patient care, nursing supervisors manage budgets, allocate resources, and maintain financial records. They oversee staffing, ensuring that shifts are adequately covered and patients receive continuous care.
• Enforcing Policies and Procedures: As part of a nursing supervisor's job responsibilities, supervisors ensure compliance with safety standards and health care protocols. They are tasked with creating and updating policies and procedures to maintain a high level of care while ensuring the safety of staff and patients.
• Training and Development: Supervisors also are in charge of hiring new nurses and conducting training sessions. They ensure that all staff is up to date on the latest procedures and practices in the health care industry to promote professional development and continuous learning among the nursing team.
• 5 Years experience in NICU ,ICU .

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
