Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Ensure smooth operation of CNC machines, VMCs, and other equipment on the shop floor.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production team members to optimize processes and improve productivity.

Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Mechatronics / Robotics

Age: 18 to 27 years

3 years FTE (Fix term employment role)

Job Requirements :

0-7 years of experience in machine shop or plant operations (Diploma Freshers are welcome)
Understanding of continuous process improvement principles.
Proficiency in operating CNC machines, VMCs, grinding machines, etc.
